It all began in the mid-1990s. The internet made its grand entrance, creating endless possibilities and new demands. Conrad had an idea. While many companies were focused on creating solutions for individuals, Conrad had a different vision:
Why not simplify cumbersome workflows for public administration and private companies? And how could he improve communication between organizations, customers, and citizens?

In a small outbuilding outside Bergen, the dream became a reality: Conrad founded ACOS. Joining him on this journey were key individuals poised to take the company to new heights.
But in a market filled with several large, established players, the question remains: Can little ACOS succeed?

Conrad and ACOS face tough competition from larger, more established companies, and every day is a battle for survival. With new technology and countless hours of hard work, ACOS develops professional systems that meet all customer demands and requirements.
Yet, this isn't enough. Despite customers appreciating the innovative ACOS, most still choose the security of buying from larger suppliers.
But, Conrad doesn’t give up!
He believes in ACOS and knows they have unique solutions that stand out in the market. More and more people are noticing what ACOS clients are achieving: small organizations can suddenly offer 24/7 self-service solutions, fully integrated with their case management systems. This is something no other market offering can match.
Positive references flow steadily, and favorable reviews become increasingly frequent. As the 2000s usher in, ACOS is growing faster than ever. Suddenly, little ACOS isn’t so small anymore.
The end of the tale?
Conrad has, in many ways, realized his dream and can now comfortably relax in his rocking chair. From being a small, unknown newcomer, ACOS has grown into one of Norway's leading IT companies, serving clients across the country in both the public and private sectors.
ACOS continues to grow, as does its customer base, consistently hiring new talents to support clients on their digital transformation journey. Yet, one goal remains unchanged:
